We're a small food stand. We keep this simple.

What we collect

When you submit a catering booking request, we receive your name, email, phone, event date, event address (and zip), the order details (proteins, starter, guest count), and any notes you add. If you only send a catering inquiry via the simple form, we receive your name, email, and the event details you share. For market-night updates, we receive your email address only. The site doesn't use tracking cookies for advertising.

How we use it

Catering details are used to confirm your event and prepare an invoice. Newsletter emails are used only to send occasional updates before a market pop-up. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel) to count visits — it does not identify you personally.

Payments

We don't process payments through this site. After you submit a booking request, Nick sends you an invoice through Square. Square handles your card details directly — your full card number never touches our servers. Square has its own privacy policy at squareup.com/legal/privacy.

Who else sees this

Square processes invoices and payments after a booking is confirmed. Resend sends our transactional and newsletter emails on our behalf. Vercel hosts the site and provides privacy-friendly analytics. We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Opting out

To be removed from market-night updates or to have your information deleted, reply to any email from us or write to marinprovisions@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
